Privacy

We collect the minimum data needed to operate VerseBridge, including account details, export usage, and billing status. We use Vercel Analytics to understand usage trends. We do not sell your data.

We also use Google Analytics (including Google Signals) to understand site usage and improve marketing performance. Google Signals may associate visitation data with Google accounts of signed-in users who have Ads Personalization enabled, providing aggregated reporting across devices. We do not send personally identifying information to Google Analytics, and we provide notice and obtain consent or offer opt-out where required by law.

Your lyrics and chord data are processed to generate exports and to support your workspace. If you delete your content or account, we will remove it from active systems as quickly as possible.

Cloud storage is available to Campus subscribers. For Campus accounts, we store the content you upload in cloud infrastructure so you can access it across devices. Your content is private to your account and any organization you invite.

Gumroad processes payments for grandfathered subscriptions, and Stripe processes new subscription payments. VerseBridge stores billing identifiers, subscription status, plan, and billing-period dates so we can provide access and support. We do not store complete payment-card numbers. Payment providers process billing data under their own privacy policies.

Terms

VerseBridge is provided as-is with no guarantees. You are responsible for ensuring exported materials comply with your church or organization policies.

You represent that you have the rights or permissions to upload and store the content you use with VerseBridge, including lyrics or other copyrighted works. If we receive a valid rights complaint, we may remove content or suspend access as required.

Paid subscriptions unlock unlimited exports. Free usage is limited per month as shown in the app. We may update these limits with notice in the product.

Existing Gumroad subscriptions continue to renew and be managed through Gumroad. New Stripe subscriptions are managed through the Stripe Customer Portal. The plan, billing interval, and price shown before checkout govern the subscription until it is changed or canceled.

You may cancel at any time. Unless a payment is fully refunded, access continues through the paid billing period and the subscription does not renew afterward. A failed Stripe renewal receives a five-day grace period while billing details are updated; access may be suspended when that grace period ends. A full refund revokes access from that subscription immediately, while a partial refund does not automatically change access. Another valid subscription, Campus membership, or manual grant may continue to provide access.

If you believe content on VerseBridge infringes your copyright, please contact us at support@versebridge.app with your name, a description of the work, the location of the content, and a statement that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.

We will review the request and remove or disable access to the content where appropriate. If you believe content was removed in error, you may respond to the same address with a counter notice.
